We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Porter/Groundskeeper to help maintain the overall appearance, cleanliness, and curb appeal of our apartment community. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and is committed to providing residents with a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain community grounds, including landscaping, parking lots, sidewalks, breezeways, and common areas.
• Pick up trash and debris throughout the property daily.
• Assist with curb appeal efforts, including pressure washing, leaf removal, and light landscaping duties.
• Clean and maintain amenities such as the clubhouse, fitness center, pool area, and laundry rooms.
• Assist maintenance staff with apartment turns and moving trash to designated disposal areas.
• Monitor the property for safety hazards and report maintenance concerns.
• Ensure dumpster and trash areas remain clean and organized.
• Respond to community needs and provide excellent customer service to residents and guests.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous porter, groundskeeper, janitorial, or property management experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including walking, bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
