Job Description
A qualified technician typically earns between $75K - $200K. Pay is hourly, plus commission. As an experienced HVAC technician, you will perform maintenance, service, part replacements, & give estimates for repairs. Ability to evaluate customer’s homes for opportunities and inform clients about best options to meet their needs is required. Key attributes for this position include troubleshooting, being a team player, honesty, integrity and doing a great job for our customers.
Work Hours : Mon- Fri 8am start time. End time & work hours will vary based upon scheduling needs and seasonal demand including some after hours and weekends.
Pay Scale : Ranges between $75K and $200K depending on experience and performance, plus benefits.
